What To Do if You Sell Your Home/Move
If you are selling your home and/or moving, you can choose to move your Trane® Home hardware and account to your new home OR unenroll your devices and delete your account. Both procedures are detailed below.
★ NOTE: Trane Home accounts are not transferable. ★
To Move Your Hardware and Account to Your New Home
- Physically remove all hardware from the home and reinstall it in the new home.
- Follow the process detailed here: Updating Your Home Address.
To Unenroll Your Devices and Delete Your Account
- To unenroll devices, please refer to the following articles or contact Trane Home Support for assistance with these or any other devices. Please unenroll all other devices before unenrolling your bridge.

To unenroll your bridge, please follow the process below.
- If you have multiple homes, ensure you have selected the correct home using the drop-down in the upper left corner.

Select Edit under the picture.
- Select Advanced at the top of the page.
- Click Remove next to the bridge.
- Confirm that you wish to remove the bridge.
- If you have multiple homes, ensure you have selected the correct home using the drop-down in the upper left corner.

Once you have removed all devices and the bridge, you can delete your account.
