Contacting Customer Support
There are five ways to contact Customer Support:
- Web Widget - quickly search helpful support articles and submit questions, comments, or concerns via a web form. The widget is available on each page of the Trane® Home web portal and support center.
- Mobile App - request help from within the Trane Home mobile app menu.
- Telephone

- On any page within the support center (this site) or the Trane Home web portal, click the blue Help button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- A pop-up will appear and it will ask how we can help.
- Use a few keywords to describe the issue, such as "enroll thermostat" or "forgot my username." This will return a list of support articles that you can browse. For best results, do not use full sentences.
★ NOTE: This is not a chat function! - If the articles do not answer your question and you still need to contact Customer Support, press the blue Leave us a Message button in the bottom right corner of the search results window.
- The web form will now be visible. Complete all of the fields and press Send.
★ NOTE: This is not a chat function! You will receive an email response after an agent has reviewed your message. - One of our support agents will respond to you as soon as possible.
- On any page within the support center (this site) or the Trane Home web portal, click the blue Help button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Mobile App

Log in to the Trane Home mobile app and press the menu button in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select Support & Feedback.

Select either Email Trane® Home Support for Help or Send Suggestions or Feedback to send an email to the Customer Support team. This will launch your email app. You can also tap the toll-free number to contact us via telephone, though sending an email is recommended.

Email the Trane Home Customer Support team directly at help@tranehome.com and an agent will respond as soon as possible.
Telephone
We highly recommend that you use one of the options listed above to contact Customer Support, but our trained agents are available via telephone as well. Please call the Trane Home Customer Support team at 1-877-288-7707, Monday-Friday 9 AM – 8 PM ET, and Saturday 10 AM – 5 PM ET to speak with an agent directly.
