To use the Trane Home web portal or mobile app to control your Trane Home devices, your web browser and/or mobile device must meet minimum system requirements.
If your preferred browser or mobile device does not meet the requirements below, please upgrade it according to the developer's or manufacturer's instructions. Most upgrade instructions can be found on the Internet.
