Font Size is Too Large in my Trane® Home App
On a Samsung® phone, text and numbers in the Trane Home app may appear very large and some graphic elements may not be visible, as seen in the images below.
To correct this, please update your Trane Home mobile application.
- Open the Google Play™ Store on your device and search for Trane Home.
- Select Update.
- Once it has finished updating and installing, tap Open to relaunch the app.
- The Trane Home app should now display all elements normally.
If you previously changed your font size to correct the rendering in the Trane Home app, you can now revert to your preferred size.
