Trane Home Beta App - Switching Between Experiences
We encourage customers who have been invited to join the Trane Home app beta release to use the beta version as much as possible and send your honest feedback to hello@tranehome.com.
Should you want to switch between the classic Trane Home app experience and the beta version, you can do so easily.
To Switch from Classic to Beta

FIRST USE/POP-UP:

When the thermostat is first selected (or, if the thermostat is the only device, after login), a popup will appear to opt-in and try the new experience. Tap Try Out New UI to switch experiences.

You should immediately see your thermostat with the new interface.

TO SWITCH LATER:
- If you dismiss the pop-up or choose not to switch upon first use, and decide to switch later on, tap Settings while displaying the thermostat.
- Slide the Use New UI slider to the right.

You should immediately see your thermostat in the Beta version.
- If you dismiss the pop-up or choose not to switch upon first use, and decide to switch later on, tap Settings while displaying the thermostat.
To Switch from Beta to Classic
- Open the Trane Home mobile app, choose the thermostat, and click the More button.
- Slide Use New UI to the left to disable.
- The thermostat should show the Classic view.
