Trane Home Beta App - Finding Dealer Information
We encourage customers who have been invited to join the Trane Home app beta release to use the beta version as much as possible and send your honest feedback to hello@tranehome.com.
Should you want to switch between the classic Trane Home app experience and the beta version, you can do so easily.
Thermostat Not Registered With a Dealer
If your thermostat has not been registered with a dealer, you can find a local dealer by searching with your home's zip code.

From the main screen, choose More.

Choose HVAC Technician Search.

Enter your ZIP code and click Search.

Local dealers in the area will be listed. Premium dealers will have a "Premium Dealer" banner over their dealership.

Thermostat is Registered With a Dealer
If your thermostat was installed by or previously registered with a dealer, you can find your dealer's contact information in the mobile app.
