Trane® Home offers a selection of subscriptions so you can choose the plan best suited to your lifestyle.

NOTE: If you have cameras installed in your home, you can add 12 GB of video storage to any subscription plan for an additional $1.99/month.

Please note that your account will automatically upgrade to the $9.99/month Control Plan if you enroll any of the following devices:

- Locks
- Garage door openers
- Sirens
- Nexia® OneTouch Controller
- Trane or American Standard® 400 or 500 thermostat
- Any other Z-Wave® devices that are not included in the Comfort or Sensing plans

Comfort Plan - FREE

Enroll up to 50 thermostats. (Models XL624, XR724, XL824/850, XL950, and XL1050)
Enroll one Z-Wave lighting control per thermostat.
Enroll unlimited video cameras (without storage) and stream live video.
Enroll as many ZSENS930 sensors as each thermostat will support.
NOTE: ZSENS930 requires dealer installation.

Sensing Plan - $4.99/month

All features of the Comfort Plan plus:
Enroll 4 additional Z-Wave lighting controls.
Enroll unlimited sensors.

Control Plan - $9.99/month

All of the features of the Comfort and Sensing Plans plus:
Enroll unlimited Z-Wave devices.
Enroll unlimited lighting controls.
4GB of video cloud storage.
