Service Reminders

Service Reminders can be enabled to remind you when to change your air filter or when to schedule an appointment with your dealer for routine maintenance. If you need assistance locating a dealer, please see Finding Dealer Information.

Once enabled, Service Reminders will appear near the date and time at the top of your thermostat screen, at the intervals you choose.

Accessing Service Reminders

To access Service Reminders, you will need to be at your thermostat to perform the following steps.

Select Menu.
Tap Settings.
Select Reminders.
Choose which reminders you would like to configure.

System Service

If you enable System Service reminders, you will be reminded to contact your dealer to perform routine system maintenance.

There are two options for these reminders:

None - System Service reminders are disabled, no reminder will be displayed.

Press None to select, and press Apply to save.

Calendar - System Service reminders are enabled and will be displayed on your thermostat. Calendar reminders are set in months.

Press Calendar to select, set your Frequency (1-12 months) using the up and down arrows, and press Apply to save.

Air Filter

If you enable Air Filter reminders, you will be reminded to change your air filter.

There are three options for these reminders:

None - Air Filter reminders are disabled, no reminder will be displayed.

Press None to select, and press Apply to save.

Run Time - Air Filter reminders are enabled and will be displayed on your thermostat. Run Time reminders are set in days.

Press Run Time to select, set your Frequency (1-365 days) using the up and down arrows, and press Apply to save.

Calendar - Air Filter reminders are enabled and will be displayed on your thermostat. Calendar reminders are set in months.

Press Calendar to select, set your Frequency (1-12 months) using the up and down arrows, and press Apply to save.
