How To View Recorded Videos
You can easily view your recorded videos from the Trane® Home web portal or mobile app.
Web Portal
- Log into the Trane Home web portal.
- If you have multiple homes, select the home where your camera is installed.
- Select Video from the grey menu on the left side of the page.
- Locate the camera you want to check and select Recorded Videos.
- You can now play, download, and delete videos from that camera or protect them from auto-delete.
Mobile App
- Log into the Trane Home mobile app.
- If you have multiple homes, select the home where your camera is installed.
- Select the camera you want to check.
- Tap Videos in the lower-left corner of the screen.
- You can now play and delete videos from that camera or protect them from auto-delete.
NOTE: Videos cannot be downloaded via the mobile app. If you want to download videos, please use the Trane Home web portal.
