How to Remove a Camera From Trane® Home
To remove a camera from your account, follow the instructions below. This must be done from the web portal. A camera cannot be removed using the mobile app.
- Log into the Trane Home web portal.
- If you have multiple homes, select the home where the camera is installed.
- Select Video from the grey menu on the left side of the screen.
- Locate the camera that you want to remove and press Edit Settings to the right of the camera's name.
- Click Remove this Camera.
- Confirm the removal by pressing Remove on the pop-up that will appear.
- The camera will no longer appear in the list.
