If your lock fails to enroll in the bridge, there are typically four common issues:
- Your lock is already included in a Z-Wave® Network
- Your lock is too far from your standalone bridge or Trane® thermostat with a built-in bridge.
- The inclusion process was unexpectedly interrupted and not all data was exchanged properly
- There is a local interference problem that is preventing inclusion.
