How to Remove a Bridge
When replacing a bridge or thermostat acting as a bridge, or transferring ownership of the equipment to a new customer, it is necessary to remove the old bridge first.
If replacing a bridge, follow the steps to back up the bridge FIRST in Replacing Your Bridge BEFORE following the removal step.

- Log in to the web portal.

If you have more than one home, select the home from which you are removing the bridge.

Click Edit under the picture of the home to open Home Settings.

Select Advanced from the Home Settings banner.
- Press Remove Bridge.
- Click Remove Bridge in the pop-up window to confirm removal.
- If the bridge is inoperable, offline, or not present in your home for whatever reason, it is normal to see the message "This bridge is currently disconnected and unavailable at this time." It will not interfere with the removal of the bridge.
