Unlink Trane® Home from Google Home™
You can unlink your Trane Home account from Google Home either from the web portal or from the Google Home app.
How To Unlink Using the Trane Home Portal

Log into the Trane Home web portal.
- If you have multiple homes, select the one where your Google Home is installed.

Click Edit below the picture of your home.

Click on Unlink Google Home.

Click OK to confirm that you want to unlink.

Your Trane Home account is now unlinked from Google Home.
How To Unlink Using the Google Home App

Open the Google Home mobile app.

You should see your Google Home dashboard. If you don't see the dashboard, click on house icon the in the lower-left corner of the screen.

Click on Settings.

Scroll down the Home Settings page to find Works with Google and select it.

Select Trane Home from the list of Linked Services.

Select Unlink account from the pop-up that appears.

Press Unlink to confirm that you want to unlink the service.

Once the service is unlinked successfully, you will see a success message at the bottom of your screen.
- Your Trane Home devices will no longer appear in Google Home.
