How To Enroll a Trane® XR724 WiFi Thermostat
A Trane XR724 WiFi thermostat can only be enrolled using the Trane Home mobile application. If you have not already done so, please download the Trane Home app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play™ store at this time.
- Log into the Trane Home mobile app.

If you have multiple homes, select the home where your XR724 is installed.

Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner.
- Scroll down and select Connect New Device.

Select 724 Thermostat from the list of devices.

Follow the prompts on your mobile device screen as illustrated below:

Your thermostat is now connected and ready for use. It will be assigned a name at install but you should rename it to something easily identifiable. Please see How to Rename Devices for more information.
